Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert and primary owner of the ServiceTitan platform
• Champion operational excellence and consistent ServiceTitan usage across the organization
• Support and improve workflows, processes, and data quality within ServiceTitan

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in the trades industry
• Hands-on, current experience with ServiceTitan
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support and educate non-technical users
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization
• Experience supporting or implementing operational or field service technology platforms
