Servicing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day servicing of the company's equipment lease and loan portfolio, the full-time remote Servicing Analyst will manage daily funding releases, cash application, and operational tracking while collaborating with various internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and release daily equipment lease/loan fundings, ensuring compliance with approval thresholds
• Review daily cash receipts and prepare files for accurate payment application by third-party servicers
• Research and resolve variances in payments, contracts, and accounts while maintaining accurate records

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5-10 years of relevant financial services operations experience
• Working knowledge of equipment lease/loan servicing operations and cash application processes
• Proficiency with general ledger and financial systems, along with advanced spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with loan/lease servicing platforms and payment handling methods
• Strong analytical skills for resolving payment and account variances
