Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and become the servicing expert of all RESPA requirements
• Maintain and oversee the servicing fee schedule and document library
• Spearhead ad hoc audits and perform targeted compliance testing as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• Familiarity with servicing rules
• Ability to manage the administrator role for FHA Connection and VA's Valeri systems
• Experience with Jira preferred, but not required
