Servicing Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Servicing Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with operations and product teams to design new controls and enhance existing controls
• Assist compliance management and work with business stakeholders to craft compliance guidance, procedures, and job aids
• Monitor servicing activities for regulatory risks, develop Compliance KRIs, and report potential risks to management

Required Qualifications:

• Teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time
• 5+ years compliance or regulatory experience in financial services with knowledge of consumer protection regulation
• Prior experience in operationalizing a loan servicing compliance program
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
• Strong commitment to ethics and exercises good judgment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
