Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Servicing Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with operations and product teams to design new controls and enhance existing controls
Assist compliance management and work with business stakeholders to craft compliance guidance, procedures, and job aids
Monitor servicing activities for regulatory risks, develop Compliance KRIs, and report potential risks to management

Required Qualifications:

Teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time
5+ years compliance or regulatory experience in financial services with knowledge of consumer protection regulation
Prior experience in operationalizing a loan servicing compliance program
Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
Strong commitment to ethics and exercises good judgment
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
