Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and requests
• Monitor loan accounts, including collections, payments, and collateral verification
• Assist with various company audits and cross-sell additional services to clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience handling commercial transactions
• Knowledge of commercial and financial documents, including tax returns and financial statements
• Basic understanding of insurance requirements and real estate taxes
• College degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
