Servicing Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Officer to support borrowers and manage inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, handling inquiries and correspondence
• Process insurance claim checks and assist with servicing action requests
• Document borrower interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service
• Knowledge of loan servicing processes and financial regulations is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
