Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Operations Specialist to manage administrative components of loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review borrower insurance and lender placed insurance documentation
  • Manage delinquent property tax review and payment processes
  • Coordinate with borrowers and stakeholders to resolve documentation issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing or origination
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of Tax, Escrow Analysis, Hazard Insurance, and Reconveyances preferred
  • Vendor management experience preferred
