Servicing Oversight Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Oversight Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly loan level testing to verify sub-servicer adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
• Review and rate quality of call activity by listening to call recordings
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae servicing requirements
• Knowledge of various loan products, such as FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage servicing
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
