Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the transfer of new loan boarding files to interim servicing and sub-servicers
• Validate and reconcile loan data for accuracy and compliance before submission
• Coordinate servicing transfers and provide necessary documentation to new servicers

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan servicing or boarding
• Experience with mortgage origination and servicing platforms
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Ability to convey loan-level details and document servicing actions accurately
