Job Summary

Managing high-profile servicing transfer projects, the full-time Servicing Transfer Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients and servicers, maintain project plans, and facilitate meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope
• Coordinate data mapping sessions and testing efforts with the Loan Transfer Data Analyst, documenting defects and obtaining sign-off for completion
• Provide consistent status updates and maintain the Lessons Learned process to evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
• Experience in coordinating with clients and third parties regarding project deliverables
