Job Summary

A company is looking for a Settlement Balancing Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily directed funds movements and various clearing and settlement general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and record general ledger journal entries while analyzing variances and providing explanations
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve transaction processing inquiries and errors


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Settlement Balancing role within a card processing environment
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
  • Experience in accounting systems and completing reconciliations
  • Accounting/Finance Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in high processing volume environments
