Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Law Firm Settlements team in disbursing trust funds efficiently
• Identify and implement best practices for settlement processes and operational improvements
• Serve as the point of contact for complex settlement issues and drive team performance through established targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury settlements
• Proven negotiation experience with medical providers and third parties
• Strong understanding of lien laws and health insurance subrogation
• Experience handling escalations and complex case scenarios
