Required Qualifications

• Experience in debt negotiation or financial settlement operations
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to analyze financial circumstances and recommend options
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant tools is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
