Settlement Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting fuel stop partners and trucking company customers, the full-time remote Settlement Operations Analyst will research and resolve settlement-related questions, transaction discrepancies, and payment issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve settlement-related issues, including transaction discrepancies and payment processing errors
• Manage and respond to settlement-related tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely updates to partners
• Collaborate with Finance, Support, Account Management, and Product teams to address complex account issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing claims or support tickets from intake through resolution
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Experience in payments, fintech, finance operations, or customer support operations is a plus
• Ability to identify discrepancies and validate information with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows is a plus
