Job Summary

A company is looking for a Settlement Resolution Specialist to provide expertise in resolving escalated settlement inquiries related to chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve client and cardholder tickets related to errors in fraud and non-fraud chargebacks
  • Post daily settlement entries in compliance with card association and regulatory standards
  • Provide coaching to chargeback analysts and recommend process improvements to minimize errors
Required Qualifications
  • High School Education / GED required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience required
  • Minimum 2 years as a Case Management Representative required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a credit/debit card environment focused on disputes and fraud required
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
