Job Summary

A company is looking for a Settlement Supervisor to oversee daily settlement operations and manage team workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloads
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements
• Coach, train, and develop settlement staff while tracking KPIs and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and case funding
• Proficiency in case management and financial systems
• Ability to think critically and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
