Settlement Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing national firm, the full-time remote Settlement Supervisor will manage daily settlement operations, ensure accuracy and compliance in settlement processing, and develop the settlement team through coaching and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloads
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements
• Monitor case progression from resolution through final payout and enforce compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and case funding
• Proficiency in case management and financial systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
