Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue initial loan disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized documentation

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes, particularly loan setup and disclosures
• Working knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) requirements
• Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and compliance-minded with a focus on work quality
