Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist and support the direct supervisor in ensuring team meets production quotas and protocols
Organize and distribute claims, provide guidance to analysts, and process complex claims
Train new employees and maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications and duties

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience as a Setup Analyst
Data entry experience
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and independent thinking
