Setup Team Lead

Job Summary

Assisting the Setup Supervisor in ensuring the Setup Team meets protocol, the full-time Setup Team Lead will manage production, guide analysts, and process complex claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain production quotas and standards while organizing and distributing claims based on priority
• Provide guidance to analysts and function as a liaison between analysts and clients
• Train new team members and assist in achieving production goals while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Setup Analyst
• Experience in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and independent thinking
