Severance Consultant with HR Expertise

Job Summary

To support a growing HR practice, the full-time contract Severance Consultant with HR Expertise will provide technical guidance on severance business plans, develop engineering solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise in the development and implementation of severance business plans
• Designing and developing solutions to address complex engineering challenges
• Conducting system integration, testing, and validation to ensure reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Java 17
• 6 years of experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
• 6 years of experience with REST API
• Hands-on experience in the HR domain, specifically with severance business plans and rules
• Familiarity with ReactJS is a plus
