A company is looking for a (Bilingual/Spanish)-SFS Customer Success Advocate in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions in English and Spanish regarding business documents or current loan information
- Resolve customer inquiries by phone and email using a CRM tool
- Navigate escalation paths to assess Seller's needs based on loan cycle to mitigate risk
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in financial institution, payment provider, or tech company
- Interest in discovering and implementing new processes to support customer needs
- Enjoyment in working collaboratively on new projects
- Desire to implement feedback and change within the role and team
- Passion for Square and customers engaging with Square products
