Job Summary

A company is looking for a (Bilingual/Spanish)-SFS Customer Success Advocate in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions in English and Spanish regarding business documents or current loan information
  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone and email using a CRM tool
  • Navigate escalation paths to assess Seller's needs based on loan cycle to mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in financial institution, payment provider, or tech company
  • Interest in discovering and implementing new processes to support customer needs
  • Enjoyment in working collaboratively on new projects
  • Desire to implement feedback and change within the role and team
  • Passion for Square and customers engaging with Square products
