Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Representative - Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull daily reports from Salesforce, create and process quotes, and update required information
• Assist with organizing client documentation and communicate with internal teams for service resolution
• Provide backup support for Client Support Coordinators and assist with various departmental tasks and reports

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
• Intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and Word
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
