Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Representative - Remote - Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the advancement of live jobs by conducting follow-ups with vendor partners, clients, and maintenance repair facilities
• Communicate the status of live jobs and vehicles out of service to clients and repair facilities
• Extend replacement rentals and relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of clients

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding Missouri or Kansas counties
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of administrative support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
