Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Shared Services Representative for the Vendor Support Phone Team will manage vendor inquiries related to payments, processes, and repair order entries while enhancing user adoption of the Auto Integrate system through education and training.
Key responsibilities
- Field inbound calls from vendors regarding payment inquiries, repair authorizations, and status updates, documenting interactions in internal systems
- Conduct follow-up communications with vendors on payment timelines and troubleshoot discrepancies to resolve issues
- Provide feedback to leadership on recurring vendor questions to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- One (1) year of administrative support experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must meet all work from home technical requirements
