Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and control support for Customer Success delivery projects to ensure compliance and operational consistency
  • Process project and financial administration requests in the ERP and maintain CRM records in support of sales activity
  • Administer the LMS platform, manage service requests, and maintain process documentation for all administrative activities
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • Proven experience in customer success, professional services, or similar enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with multiple business systems
  • Experience working in a shared services or centralized operations model
  • Ability to execute high-volume requests reliably and on time
