Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shared Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, coordination, and control support for Customer Success delivery projects to ensure compliance and operational consistency
- Process project and financial administration requests in the ERP and maintain CRM records in support of sales activity
- Administer the LMS platform, manage service requests, and maintain process documentation for all administrative activities
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles
- Proven experience in customer success, professional services, or similar enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with multiple business systems
- Experience working in a shared services or centralized operations model
- Ability to execute high-volume requests reliably and on time
