Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote Shared Services Specialist will develop expertise across Provider Network, Partner Benefits, and Medical Records, providing operational support and improving turnaround times for Care Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build working expertise across Provider Network, Partner Benefits, and Medical Records to deliver reliable support
- Research providers, verify credentials, and maintain accurate provider records and documentation
- Adapt to changing workloads by flexing between functions and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial health insurance, employer-sponsored plans, and Medicare
- Exceptional research and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
- Comfort using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
