Shared Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end service effectuation process, the full-time remote Shared Services Effectuation Supervisor will manage a team responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring the timely delivery of authorized services for participants while ensuring compliance with PACE program requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Shared Services Effectuation Data Quality team to ensure effective service coordination and completion
• Oversee the full-service effectuation lifecycle, including authorization tracking, scheduling, and confirmation of service delivery
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Ability to pass competency tests for multitasking, typing (minimum 40 WPM), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Care Compass
• Knowledge of database programs is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Albanian, or French Creole preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
