Job Summary

A company is looking for a SharePoint Administrator responsible for providing technical support for the SharePoint environment and understanding business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support M365 solutions and provide SharePoint administration for both online and on-premise environments
  • Assist in defining and implementing global standards and manage product life cycle for customer support
  • Work on service requests and tickets while ensuring compliance with SLAs in the ITSM system
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Windows 2008 or later server infrastructures
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
