SharePoint Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SharePoint Business Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the migration of SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition On Premise with minimal disruption
• Implement One Drive online and map it to local C drives to ensure document accessibility and labeling
• Ensure the user experience remains unchanged post-migration, maintaining bookmarks and content structure

Required Qualifications

• Experience producing documentation and artifacts related to SharePoint projects
• Knowledge of governance, high-level landscape, and writing functional requirements
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with Figma, User Centered Design, UML/UAT diagrams, and testing documentation
• Ability to take meeting notes and synthesize information effectively
