SharePoint Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a collaborative environment, the hybrid SharePoint Business Analyst will design and deliver SharePoint Online solutions, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and provide user support while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver SharePoint Online solutions including site structure and permissions
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and develop training materials
- Provide user support via ServiceNow, Teams, and assist with governance and compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in solution design and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to train business users
