Job Summary
A company is looking for a SharePoint Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of SharePoint initiatives
- Conduct training workshops, health checks, and post-implementation reviews
- Assist in product upgrades, migrations, and performance assessments
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10 years of IT experience with 7 years focused on Microsoft Server products, SharePoint, and Office 365
- Experience with SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, and permissions
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Advanced Management, Compliance, and Retention policies
- Strong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online
- Advanced PowerShell development skills and familiarity with integration scenarios like Power Automate and Power Apps
