Job Summary

Supporting large-scale enterprise content migration and workflow modernization initiatives, the contract SharePoint Developer will lead migration activities from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online while developing modern workflow solutions in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration activities from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring preservation of metadata and document structures
• Redesign legacy SharePoint workflows into modern Microsoft Power Automate solutions and partner with stakeholders for workflow requirements gathering
• Develop and execute testing and validation plans to verify successful migrations and workflow functionality

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Automate development
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level SharePoint migration projects in regulated organizations
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections and metadata management
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools and validation methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in designing Power Automate cloud flows and converting legacy workflows into modern solutions
