SharePoint Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support the design and configuration of SharePoint-based program management infrastructure, the experienced SharePoint Development Consultant will work remotely on a project-based contract, collaborating with Operations and Program Management teams to build document control workflows and automate processes for drug development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build SharePoint program management landing pages for documentation and risk communications
• Configure document control workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate for regulatory submissions
• Provide SharePoint site administration support and lead knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders upon project completion

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and building SharePoint sites in a biotech, pharma, or regulated health sciences environment
• Proficiency in Power Automate workflow configuration within SharePoint
• Hands-on experience with document control systems and IND authoring pipelines
• Working knowledge of SharePoint access controls and compliance-aware configuration
• Experience in clinical or drug development operational settings strongly preferred
