Job Summary

A company is looking for a SharePoint Online Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
Performing health checks, assessments, and system performance reviews
Assisting with product upgrades, migrations, and optimization of SharePoint environments

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience with Microsoft Server products, SharePoint, and Office 365 technologies
Experience in supporting, planning, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint
Proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting hybrid scenarios
Knowledge of Active Directory technologies including ADFS and Azure AD
Experience with SharePoint Designer, Info Path, Flow, and Microsoft Forms for workflow functions
