SharePoint Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the SharePoint Engineer will provide engineering and operational support for a cloud-only SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, focusing on administration, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 operational support for SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 collaboration services
• Troubleshoot site collections, permissions, access, and client-side issues
• Execute PowerShell-driven workflows for bulk operations and service improvements

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
• Experience with troubleshooting site management, authentication, and permissions
• Ability to work within enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Experience supporting SharePoint integrations and automation solutions
• Proficiency with PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks
