SharePoint Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time SharePoint Purview Analyst will gather and document business requirements, configure SharePoint Online solutions, and design governance frameworks for Microsoft 365, all while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements, documenting functionality and conducting gap analysis
• Configure and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including site builds and Power Automate flows
• Design and maintain information governance, security, and compliance frameworks across Microsoft 365

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration, architecture, or governance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including information protection and data lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 information governance, including sensitivity labels and records management
• Proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with Microsoft Graph for automation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
