SharePoint Lead Knowledge Manager
Job Summary
To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote CAM SharePoint Lead/Knowledge Manager will establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, manage the lessons learned program, and oversee SharePoint administration while facilitating access to essential resources for stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Implement role-based access and data security controls within SharePoint
- Design, build, and govern the CAM SharePoint site, including taxonomy, navigation, and document version control
- Curate and organize the Lessons Learned library, Training Materials repository, SOP library, and Job Aids hub
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in relevant roles
- 3+ years administering SharePoint Online sites, including governance and content management
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate)
