SharePoint Specialist

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives within federal agencies, the full-time SharePoint Specialist will architect secure and scalable solutions in SharePoint Online and On-Premise, integrate Power Apps with other systems, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect secure and scalable solutions in SharePoint Online and On-Premise, including custom lists, libraries, forms, and approval workflows
• Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with ServiceNow and other systems using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and web services
• Ensure solutions meet federal compliance standards including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CJIS, and agency-specific IT security controls

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft SharePoint platforms
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premise, including permissions management and content types
• Experience providing documentation, user training, and technical support in classified and unclassified environments
• Direct support experience in a government environment
• Familiarity with federal compliance standards related to IT security
