Job Summary
Providing leadership support to the direct service team, the part-time Shift Lead will ensure efficient service delivery and operational support while collaborating with practitioners and monitoring service performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide critical support and guidance to the direct service team on policies and clinical requirements
- Monitor service delivery metrics, including wait times and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Engage in practitioner trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of service processes and clinical guidance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in shift operations and schedule management
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience in a start-up environment and behavioral health or clinical setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
