Shift Lead

Job Summary

Providing leadership support to the direct service team, the part-time Shift Lead will ensure smooth service delivery, oversee operational tasks, and collaborate with clinical professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide critical support and guidance to the direct service team on Kooth policies and clinical requirements
• Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain the highest level of support for the practitioner team

Required qualifications

• Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
• Experience working with shift operations and schedule management
• Experience with data visualizations in a dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting
