Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Summary

Working on a 2-2-3 schedule during the day shift, the full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate will manage the loading and unloading of pasture-raised eggs and other materials using electric pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and organize various orders, including eggs and materials, using electric pallet jacks and scanners
• Load trucks for distribution to grocery retailers while maintaining quality standards through FIFO methods
• Utilize DSI scanning system to monitor the movement of finished goods and ensure efficient product handling

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
• Certification to operate a forklift or pallet jack
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand bill of ladings and sales orders
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds for extended periods
• Ability to communicate in English for safety compliance
