Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Summary

Working onsite during day shifts, the full-time hourly Shipping and Receiving Associate will load and unload pasture-raised eggs, manage inventory using electric pallet jacks and scanners, and ensure customer satisfaction by organizing shipments and maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and process various orders using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Load trucks for distribution to grocery retailers, focusing on customer satisfaction
• Organize the finished goods area following FIFO methods to maintain quality standards

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
• Certification to operate a forklift or pallet jack
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds for extended periods
• Proficiency in English for safety compliance
