Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of shipping carrier programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and audits of label purchases to identify discrepancies and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain processes for monitoring and resolving operational issues related to shipping

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel or Google Sheets, with experience handling large data sets
• Proven experience in operations, preferably in logistics, shipping, finance, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing requirements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Familiarity with SQL is a bonus
