Shoemobile Analyst

Job Summary

Maximizing Shoemobile utilization across the network, the remote Shoemobile Analyst will manage scheduling requests, forecast service frequencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize scheduling scenarios for fleet utilization and customer service
• Manage nationwide scheduling activities for approximately 25 Shoemobile trucks, including maintaining schedules and monitoring event success
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve service efficiency and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations support, scheduling, forecasting, or data analysis
• Knowledge of scheduling, routing, workforce management, and DOT requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, Csert/Csolve, or similar analytical tools
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate operational activities and support customer service objectives
