Shopify Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing eCommerce practice, the full-time remote Shopify Developer will build custom sections and components, optimize Shopify themes, and integrate third-party apps while collaborating with team members on project goals and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Build custom sections, blocks, and components to enhance site functionality and user experience
- Optimize and extend core Shopify theme features with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Leverage the Shopify Storefront GraphQL API to implement advanced features and integrate third-party apps
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Shopify website development
- Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language and theme customization
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ECMAScript
- Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Shopify CLI and the Storefront GraphQL API
