Shopify Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To develop and optimize Shopify and Shopify Plus ecommerce experiences, the contract Shopify Full Stack Developer will work remotely, focusing on theme and app development, integrating third-party platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and apps using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Collaborate with designers to create responsive Shopify experiences and troubleshoot integration issues
• Optimize Shopify stores for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience while ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus development experience
• Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid and modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Node.js, Remix, or similar back-end frameworks
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and integrating with third-party applications
