Shopify Transitions Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the successful transition and ongoing operational effectiveness of the Shopify platform, the full-time Shopify Transitions Specialist will manage issue resolution, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize processes to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage outstanding issues and support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
- Communicate platform issues and updates to retail operations teams while providing day-to-day support for Shopify-related processes
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training materials and facilitate training sessions for field teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience with retail store systems, product management, business analysis, and/or retail technology
- Experience with Shopify implementation
- Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
