Job Summary

Leading the onsite and offsite media strategy, the full-time salaried Shopper Activation Manager will manage relationships with the Retailer's Ads/Marketing Team and execute activation plans across various media channels to achieve sales objectives, with regular in-office collaboration expected.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the Retailer Marketing Team, including annual Joint Business Planning
  • Plan and execute retail media and in-store programs in partnership with the customer team, managing search campaign execution and display media campaigns
  • Support Sales Account Teams in delivering business targets through integrated activation plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in the CPG or retail media industry
  • Proven analytical skills with at least 2 years of experience interpreting sales data and campaign performance
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing retail media programs
  • 2+ years of client-side experience within a CPG company's sales, marketing, or eCommerce team
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including search, display, and social media advertising
