Shopper Insights Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Shopper Insights - Elevation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the shopper insights strategy for the Taste Elevation portfolio
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and translate shopper data into actionable insights
• Lead and develop a high-performing shopper insights team while fostering a culture of curiosity and agility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Science, Statistics, or related field
• 10-12+ years of experience in shopper insights, consumer insights, or related CPG roles
• Strong experience in food & beverage, particularly in high-frequency categories
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and shape enterprise-level strategy
• Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as advanced analytics
